  • The Mama’s Kitchen (Jo-Kon Pa Mego), inspired by a modern Acholi Woman’s Kitchen, serves a variety of contemporary continental and oriental cuisines i.e., a selection of African, European, Indian, sea foods and vegetarian dishes.
  • The Grand Mama’s Kitchen (Jo-kon Pa Dayo), inspired by a typical traditional Acholi grandmother’s Kitchen, prepares exclusively rich Acholi local dishes, organic foods prepared traditionally, with all its natural ingredients. It celebrates Acholi’s richness in healthy foodstuff and delicious cuisines like the famous boo (green vegetables), malakwang (sour vegetable), otwoo (smoke meat), dek ngoo with moo yaa (smashed peas with shea oil), lapena or field peas etc.
  • Our specialist Chefs are at your disposal, to prepare mouthwatering meals on
    your order, with pleasure! They also offer cooking lessons to persons interested in learning how to prepare selected Acholi local cuisines.
  • Don’t miss our special “Dek Pa Maro” or (Acholi Mother-in-Law buffet) a special meal, only prepared for a visiting son-in-law.
